Summary of Article: 218 million children between the ages of five and seventeen work in developing countries. Children from the age of four can start by making rugs ans older teens, watch them. In many cases, most children work in agriculture, domestic work and factories. Almost all of them have to work to support their familes.

My Opinion: Parents should be working more and having less children, bacause they cannot even pay to have their own lifes, less to support all their kids, and now that is why children have to work to pay their family’s debts.

Summary of Article: From 1908-1912, American children had to work all kinds of works to support their families and to survive. This article shows pictures of kids of all ages working. Their works weren’t easy, they works as any adult have to work, or even more. Some of the works were Mills, they were newsies, miners, at factories, they were seafood workers, salesman and other variety of jobs.

In My Opinion: It is very sad to see how children suffer to live. They cannot play or do fun stuff, they are not as lucky as we are, and in any case, we do not get that we have a nice life, and we have to appreciate, because these other children do not even see their familes because they have to be working all the time or/and because they do not have a family.

In my personal opinion, uniforms are really nice and make life easierfor perple everyday. First of all, you don’t hato to worry about what to wear everyday and there is no difference between people. When you use the uniform, even if you are rich or poor, you look the same as everyone. There is no discrimination between people because of what they are wearing. At last, you don’t have to wake up earlyto look for clothes that you are going to wear. Then if something happens to your, and you don’t have an ID but your have your uniform, they can get your information at school. They recognize the uniforms af every school. They recognize the uniforms of every schooland at school they talk to your family. Probably that’s why every school has a different type of uniform and colors. But, on the other hand, most of the students who skip classes, and by wearing the unirform during school time cut of the school they get caught. When the students get cut is because someone recognized their uniforms and they called the school. Most people that call school are people form fast food restaurants and malls. But, students shounldn’t skip school, and if they want to skip classes they could be a little smart and change their clothes. But most of them don’t change their clothes because they don’t even like to go to school, and if they went to school maybe they would learn to change clothes. That is why I am in favor of uniforms at school, they are so many good reasons why we should use them.

I like many places in the world, but in my opinion, the best place to  live is Ontario California. First of all, I love how is full of green trees with fruits and other vegetables. Almost every single house own fruits from their trees. Another reason that I like is the weather. I s almost always fresh. Most of the time is windy!!… the air, refreshes everyone, and moves away the hot air.  It is not too hot or too cold in summer, and besides, the fresh weather. Soo, this would be perfect weather for me to live. Finally, I like that it is in California and there are many places to visit. the beach isn’t too far away from there. The zoo’s, Disneyland are near ontario, las but not least, most of my parents family lives there, soo, I could hang out with my family. Ontario, California is such a nise and perfect place to live.

Evil stepsisters.- Make Lucy’s life im possible.

Problem of the story: Lucy’s father got married and they moved to San Francisco, she doesn’t have many stuff and has to clean what her stepmom and sisters do. She doesn’t really have many friends at the beginning, but then she start to have her cindirella story.

Explain what you liked most about this book:

I like this book because it is kind like the cindirella stoy, but ist happens in modern times.

I love music, it is very important in my life because I dentify myself with many songs that I love to hear, but there is this song in special called “Salvame”, ” Save me” in English, by a group named RBD. I love this song because it has a very soft melody, while the singer is singing with her lovely voice, the rest of the band sings the larycs and play some instriments, such as the guitar, piano and drums. I love this song because it says things that I think about almost everyday, but the part that I most like is when she is singing the lyrics. I really like that part because it is a very nice part, with a really gorgerous instruments, it can be pop and other kinds convined. In some part the song says “save my soul from this loneliness” I identify myself with this part of the song because it says that she wants someone to save her soul because she does not want to be alone. Other part of the lyrics that I like is when singer says “save me now because I am falling down”, with these words I can say that she wants someone to come and help her to survive because she feels that she is going to die since she does not have the person that she loves. Last but not lest the other part of the song that I absolutely love is the part that says “save my life from this emptiness”, I also like it because Anahi, the singer is saying to the person that she loves, to go where she is , because without it, she is in a way going to die, because she needs it. Soo, I really love the song because it shows that every person always needs another person to survive, to be happy and to feel good, that people do not like to be alone, that we will always need pople in our surroundings, and that is really what I always think. I can always reflect in this song because it is like a mirror of what I’m thinking. I will never like to be alone, I will always need someone with me, and I’m sure that i the pople do. I am sure that the theme of this song is that, and I don’t think I would change my favorite song in a long time.

Nothing can be better then a visit to my great-grandmother and aunt’s house. In any occasion the house is comfortable and warm, The house isn’t very big, but it looks like the houses in the frairy tales that I have read, it has a jungle garden, that always smells as oil and water, fresh water, the flowers have a very soft arome. The air smells fresh, but at the same time it feels really hot. It is also full of flowers, trees and animals. The house receives everyobody that goes for a visit smiling at them, the flowers dance over and over when the birds sing their musical songs. The animalsget really happy, and they start to play as if they were esited children, peque, my grandma’s dog, is the baby of the house, she is always playing and parking with the birds. The house, always smells really good in to many different ways, Sometimes a rally spicy smell of pozole and menudo, a smell full of meet and vegetables, comes from the big restaurant kitchen in the end of the house. My great-grandma loves sweets, so the house also can smell like a beakery with delicious when you enter to the house. My grandma’s room smells to perfume, her house is pregnant with that fragance of a really sweet woman. She can’t hear really well, soo, the TV is like a bounch of people talking at the same time, it sometimes can be really noisy. I do loce that house for all those readons, but I like it most of all because we share a giant, beautiful love in family. This house is full of people that I love, pople that I call, my treasure. We always meet there, and we spend days and nights there. talking about so many things, that I can’t begin to. In the past, I have loved this house, now I still love it and will for the rest of my life.

Ramona Ortega(Esperanza’s mother): she moved with her daugther to California after her husband’s death because she wanted to be with her daugther.

Miguel: He will do anything for Esperanza because he loved her.

Problem of the story:

Esperanza left to California because her uncles wanted to married her mother and sent her to another country.

Explain what you liked most about this book:

I like that this book is realistic and that talks about how inmigrants lived when they came to this country.

I will recommended to latin people that came to this country. 

Cars in 50 years would be very different from the cars in the present. They will probably have more technology and they will use many kinds of energy. Maybe we will be able to make our own car and cange the style whatever  we want.

In 50 years cars will ba much more advanced. They will have computers, cell phones with camaras, so we can see the people in the other way of the phone and many more things that we will use daily. The cars will use different kinds of energy, like solar, and we won’t have to use gasoline anymore. I think that cars won’t have to use wheels, because they will fly or float, so, they won’t need wheels. Probably in the future we will chage the look of our car everyday, change the color and the style, and make them look very modern.

Cars will be so different in 50 years, that we probably won’t n call them cars anymore. They will have soo many changes that will make life easier. They will work in different ways with different energy, we will talk and see other people on the phone and they will have technology here, there, everywhere. We won’t even have to drive.

In my opinion a serious problem that most teens are dealing with is drug use. I say that because some of my cousins and some friends use them. To befin with this problem is caused because teens have problems at home of because they have bad influnces, like friends or just because they want to be with popular people that use drugs. At the same time they want to escape from their problems by using drugs. Some of the probles that teens have are problems with their family, worry, about their future, and sometimes straggling to find a job. Another example is that they are in gangs and almost all gang members use drugs. Teens can avoid the drug use by being what they are and not trying to pretend that they are someone alse, or just not to listen the people that want them to use drugs.

In conclusion, teens gave many kinds of problems, and they just want to escape from the real world and their problems by using drugs, and there are many ways to avoid the drug use.
